Down Ampney Village Shop is a community shop, run by volunteers for the benefit of residents and visitors in Down Ampney and surrounding villages. Located just off the road through the village, the shop sells a surprisingly wide range of groceries and household items designed to meet everyday home needs. Our groceries include several local, fairtrade and organic products.

A small café provides tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks to drink and eat in the café or take away, and the Post Office (open four mornings a week) provides most of the services of a larger office.

Staffed by smiling and helpful volunteers, you can be sure of a warm welcome!
