In the centre of Down Ampney, travelling along the main road and not far from the War Memorial, you'll see the sign to the Shop, Café and Post Office. Turn up the lane alongside the phone box (immediately opposite the sign), and the Shop is straight in front of you, next to the Village Hall.
Parking is free (there are plenty of spaces). This is also the preferred parking location for visitors looking to enjoy the local walks, especially as the shop includes a café and accesible toilet.
Less than 2 miles from the busy A419 road between Swindon and Cirencester, on the border between Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, the tranquil Cotswold village of Down Ampney offers a retreat from the hectic bustle of nearby towns.
