Down Ampney Village Shop Society Association Ltd is an Industrial Provident Society and regulation falls within the remit of the Financial Services Authority. As such, the Society has Members, a constitution, is run by an elected committee and submits accounts to the FSA.

Membership of the Society includes the right to attend each Annual General Meeting and vote on the resolutions including elections to the committee. Anyone wishing to become a member of the Society should ask at the Shop or use the contact form on this site.

Committee Members

Elected members of the committee were elected at the AGM held on 29th Oct 2012¹.
